For a long time i had to wonder about the 'category' of this picture...I put 'fantasy' but, that's only because there's no 'religious' section on DA x__x

Anyway, It's the nativity scene! Another christmas card I've done for another of my relatives.

I think fantasy is appropriate. ^^

Have you tried messing with paper textures? Just crumple up some paper, scan it, and put it over top of the picture in photoshop. Do like 20% opacity and use a luminosity filter. I think it'll make the flat colors work with the loose pencil lines better.
